Woooow! What a fun couple of days!

I was lucky enough to be contacted by the Fox 13 news station and asked to do a little cooking segment. I had such a fun and nerve racking time filming a live cooking segment on Fox 13 The Place. {Watch segment here} The co-hosts were extremely nice and I had a lot of fun experiencing the TV atmosphere!

If you watched the show yesterday, you know I made Pao de Queijo or Brazilian Cheese Bread, {recipe found here}.

5 years ago, I was diagnosed with celiacs disease. I went through stacks of recipes and an even bigger stack of groceries as I tried to find something that tasted like the food I remembered. Desperate to find a yummy, gluten free bread that tasted like “normal”, I stumbled upon these little golden bites of deliciousness. Fast, simple, and oh, so yummy!

If you’ve viewed the recipe, you know it calls for Tapioca Flour (same as Tapioca Starch). This simple ingredient, is the key ingredient for Brazilian Cheese bread. It has the consistency of cornstarch and stores well in a sealed container in the pantry. Believe me, your gonna want to keep this stocked as a pantry staple once you’ve tried this simple yummy rolls!

If you’ve followed along for awhile, you know I love the Namaste Foods Brand. Well, they have been so GENEROUS and want to offer one of my followers a gift basket full of their yummy products!! How amazing is that!!

  4. Hello! I have two kids in expensive college. I buy generic flour which is in my pantry. Some one gave us a food basket from a company rep to my husband that had North Carolina ground flour bag in the basket. I just really want my flour weavel free.
