Method
- Seed and remove the ribs of your peppers (or leave them in if you like it extra spicy!).
- Place peppers, onion, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until roughly chopped.
- Add tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Pulse until combined, but still a little chunky.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve immediately with chips or as a topping for tacos, eggs, or grilled meats!

Pro Tip: This salsa also makes an amazing base for homemade guacamole. Just mash in a few avocados, and you’ve got a creamy twist on this garden classic.
