Method
- Combine feta cheese, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, and olive oil in a food processor. Pulse for about a minute until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer cheese mixture to a rimmed plate and spread out using a spoon or spatula.
- Drizzle with the hot honey and top with the chopped pistachios, chives, and pomegranates adjusting the amount to your liking. Serve with your favorite gluten free crackers and enjoy!
Notes
*I prefer feta in brine, but any block style will work
*adjsut pistachios and pomegranate arils to your liking and depending on platter size.
