Whipped Feta With Hot Honey Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz

    block of feta cheese
*

  • ¾ cup

    cottage cheese


  • 1 tsp

    Italian seasoning


  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • cup hot honey
  • 1/3 cup chopped pistachios*
  • 2 Tbsp minced chives
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate arils*

Method
 

  1. Combine feta cheese, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, and olive oil in a food processor. Pulse for about a minute until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Transfer cheese mixture to a rimmed plate and spread out using a spoon or spatula.
  3. Drizzle with the hot honey and top with the chopped pistachios, chives, and pomegranates adjusting the amount to your liking. Serve with your favorite gluten free crackers and enjoy!

Notes

*I prefer feta in brine, but any block style will work
*adjsut pistachios and pomegranate arils to your liking and depending on platter size.
