I’m a HUGE Toffee fan. It’s one of my favorite candies of all time.
This Soda Cracker Toffee is totally delicious and crazy easy to make! Seriously, you can whip it up in less than 15 minutes! My hubby even says he likes it better than the real deal Toffee, but I’m not sure about that. Either way, it’s a super yummy treat to enjoy on a chilly winter night. So grab a box of soda crackers and get ready to indulge!

This recipe comes together in minutes and I promise you, you won’t want to stop eating it!

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a 12 x 17 cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. I do two layers to be sure the pan stays clean.
- Lay the crackers in a single layer along the bottom of the pan.
- In a sauce pan, combine the brown sugar and butter. Bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour mixture immediately over soda crackers, spreading the mixture to completely cover the crackers.
- Bake for five minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Return to the oven for one minute, or just until the chocolate chips are soft. Spread the melted chocolate chips evenly across the crackers and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Cool, completely and break into pieces. Enjoy!

*I have found Schars Table Crackers on Amazon or at Fresh Market. If you buy them on Amazon buy at least a couple packs, because you’ll want to make this over and over again!
Schars also makes my very FAVORITE GF Bread!

Ok! I made these today for my GF neighbors and they LOVED them! Thanks for sharing! P.S. I got the crackers from Fresh Market like you suggested, but also found them at Wal-Mart (and they were a couple dollars cheaper)! Thanks again!
Yay! I’m so happy to hear! & thanks for the tip on the crackers!
