Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2 cubes butter
  • 1 can sweet and condensed milk 14 ounces
  • 2 cups brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup Corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Method

  1. Melt butter with sweet and condensed milk and corn syrup in a large pan (so it won’t boil over).
  2. Add sugar, stir. Cook on medium to low heat until it starts to bubble. Once it boils, cook for eight minutes, stirring constantly. Careful not to burn.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla, stir.
  4. Serve warm with sliced apples.
  5. Store leftover in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

XO, Carly
