Method
- Combine, Karo syrup, sugar, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil for two minutes. Remove Pam from heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
- Whilst sugar/butter mixture is coming to a boil, airpop your popcorn kernels into a large bowl.
- Place popped popcorn in a large bowl or cookie sheet. Pour the sugar, butter mixture over popcorn, stirring well to coat.
- Lastly, toss in the marshmallows and cinnamon bears and give a good stir. VoilĂ ! You have a ooey-gooey delicious Valentine's Day treat. We also love adding cute valentine or Christmas sprinkles at the end depending on the season.
