Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Bear Popcorn

Ooey Gooey Marshmallow Cinnamon Bear Popcorn {Gluten Free}

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup light karo syrup
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup un-popped kernels, popped
  • 10 pkg. mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 pound cinnamon bears or hearts cut up in sixths

Method
 

  1. Combine, Karo syrup, sugar, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil for two minutes. Remove Pam from heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
  3. Whilst sugar/butter mixture is coming to a boil, airpop your popcorn kernels into a large bowl.
  4. Place popped popcorn in a large bowl or cookie sheet. Pour the sugar, butter mixture over popcorn, stirring well to coat.
  5. Lastly, toss in the marshmallows and cinnamon bears and give a good stir. VoilĂ ! You have a ooey-gooey delicious Valentine's Day treat. We also love adding cute valentine or Christmas sprinkles at the end depending on the season.
