I had such a fun time on Fox 13 The Place with Brooke and Brittany making 3 New Years Eve appetizers. If you didn’t catch the segment live, you can watch it here.
Wether you are planning on having a large or intimate gathering at your home, traveling to be with loved ones, or just plan to curl up on the couch, I think its safe to say everyone loves a good t New Years Eve appetizer!
I have gathered some of our favorite foods, which are all super tasty, and happen to be gluten free!

Mini Molasses Sugar Cookies with Gingersnap Dip is a great cool and creamy vs warm and spicy appetizer.

Stuffed Blue Cheese Bacon Wrapped Dates are a great warm appetizer with a delicious salty vs sweet factor. They are easy to make. In fact, my hubby who can’t cook much more than a fried egg can make these!

Cranberry Salsa Dip is another sweet vs savory with a hint of spice, plus who doesn’t love a good dip? I think I have made this dip at least 6 times since Thanksgiving, I seriously take it to every party and gathering, and it is always a hit!

The Best Veggie Dip If you are craving something a bit more healthy that has some veggies associated with it, this is my all time FAVORITE veggie dip! But, it’s also super yummy with potato chips!

Soda Cracker Toffee Can’t go wrong with sweet and crunchy! This is a cheater version of toffee and couldn’t be easier to make!

Molasses Sugar Cookies aka Chewy Gingersnaps If you prefer to have your gingersnaps soft and chewy, this is the recipe for you!

Pumpin Roll Maybe you are serving dinner and you are looking for a great make ahead dessert.

Oatmeal Scotchies Maybe you are gathering with families, kids, or grandkids. These are my families go-to cookie recipe! Cookies make great finger foods because they are pretty mess free and easy for little hands to hold.

Pao de Queijo {Brazilian Cheese Bread} If you are serving a warm soup, lasagna or other pasta, these Brazilian Cheese rolls require no proofing, come together in under 30 minutes (prep + cooking time}, and are even gluten free!

Homemade Pesto, cheese (my favorite kind with pesto) and crackers (also available at my local costco). I hope you grew basil in your garden this year and were able to make and freeze some delicious Homemade Pesto! If so, get a batch out and serve with cheese and crackers, YUM!
I hope you have a Happy New Years Eve!
