Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates {Gluten Free}

New Years Eve is almost here, and these Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates make the perfect party appetizer. With only 3 ingredients and minimal cooking time, they are a simple recipe that’s a hit, even for those with minimal cooking skills.

If you bought dates to make my healthy delicious Fresh Orange Julius and you are wondering what else to use them for, then you are in the right place. These sweet and sticky dates are filled with sharp, tangy blue cheese and wrapped in salty bacon. Whether you’re looking for savory or sweet applications, these versatile dates can elevate a variety of dishes and snacks to enjoy throughout the day.

First off, start by giving the bacon a quick cook, just enough to get it started. Then, onto the dates – pit them, stuff ’em, and get ready for the next part.

Now comes the fun part – wrap each date with that partially cooked bacon, using a toothpick to keep everything in place, then pop them in the oven. The end result?

You’ll have these amazing little bites that combine the delicious salty flavor of bacon with the natural sweetness of dates. Whether it’s for a party or just a treat for yourself, these appetizers are sure to be a hit. Enjoy!
