Shamrock Bread {Gluten Free}

Shamrock Bread {Gluten Free}

Every year for St Patrick’s Day we have a St Patty’s Day Dinner. Our menu always consists of sort of a variation for “Shamrock” Bread. Its totally a made up thing! I wanted something green for our menu that didn’t have any food dyes, & our “Shamrock” bread was born.

This bread is a fun & festive way to add green to your St Patricks menu without food dyes! It’s also tasty, gluten free, and goes perfectly with our Minty Pea Soup.

This year I used Schars Gluten Free Ciabatta Rolls. I found mine at a local grocery store, but you can also find them here. They are so yummy, soft and have a wonderful texture!

Homemade Pao de Queijo {Brazilian Cheese Bread} would also be yummy slathered with Homemade Pesto, or dipped in Minty Pea Soup.
