This recipe is all about combining steel-cut and rolled oats with your favorite mix-ins. The best part? It’s gluten-free! Method
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together all ingredients, except for the mini M&Ms/chocolate chips. Mix well. Add chocolate chips, or other desired mix-ins.
- Roll dough into balls about an inch in diameter and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for about one hour, and then store in Ziploc baggies either in the refrigerator or freezer for a quick on the go snack.
